In General…
Only one proposal may be submitted at a time. If a grant is not awarded, applicants may apply one year after the decision on a previous proposal. Grants are normally made for one year only. When circumstance justify it, however, a commitment may be may for two or more years.

Individuals may submit their Individual Grant Application with any information that the applicant believes appropriate.
Please note that the following must be included with the application:
Evidence that the beneficiary is a resident of Marshfield, MA or Plymouth County, MA.
Evidence of financial and medical need must be documented.
Sources of other funding, either received or sought, must be listed.
Individuals need not seek the sponsorship or endorsement of any public or private entity before applying for grants from the Foundation.
Two estimates are required for each request.
